Dear sir this is to hereby inform you that i have been cheated by your shine learning personnel who claimed to be from your co.holding high position .he told himself as ritesh pratap singh.his team mates called me up very frequently and convinced me of availing shine learning services.He assured me of getting a well paid job in good companies.He will work on my profile and will gurantee me a good job as per my qualifications.One by one he enrolled me into lots of shine learning services and everytime telling me that taking these services are essential to complete my profile.In this manner i invested appx.30000 rupees.But till date neither my entire services is completed neither i got any job assistance from them.I have all the invoices copy against my all payments.currently i am in great crisis and i cant rely on shine.com neither can refer to anyone.Plz help me to get my money refunded else i will have to take legal help from my lawyers.also if needed have to lodge a police complain in gurugram p.s against the same. Plz help me at the earliest.I had waited for atleast 6 months but got no response.Also that fellow ritesh pratap is not taking up my calls.if he receieves also then asks me to send mails that is proving worthless. I am a old customer of shine.com and my resume is also updated on your portal. REQUESTING YOU TO KINDLY ASSIST ME HOW TO PROCEED FURTHER AND GET THE REFUND FOR RS.30000 IN MY A/C. Dear sir, this is here by to inform that i have been cheated by a person disguised himself to be a recruiter. I paid them Rs.2000 for the registration fee as they promised me to send a offer letter. then they asked for the processing charge. acknowledging the company to be fraud i asked my registration fee back. they are asking for extra money to get my amount refunded. plz help me get my 2000 back. I'm just a student n this 2k means a lot to me. And also they asked my full click for profile documentation, when i sent a passport size photo they forced me to send a full click. Now i'm worried if my photo get used for some improper purpose if i force them to return my money.

I have discussed with my Layer regarding this fraud from Shine Learning and i am totally ready to Lodge a Case with following details:
According to INDIAN PENAL COURT 1860, Case will be filed on IPC 415, 416, 419 & 420 for Cheating Case as Dealt under Criminal Law and IPC 421, 422, 423 & 424 for Fraud Case. Along with Section 24 for Acting Dishonestly and Section 25 for Fraudulently.
Since these Shine team do a WELCOME call after paying huge amount of money and tells that we dont provide any job for you and all, This FRAUD will comes under the Sections 24 & 25 which is totally happened with all the people raised a complaint here in this Consumer Complaint.
