Shine.com — Improper information and asking money

I have opted for shine.com services as I thought it's a genuine platform for job search.I have avail their services but later on after seeing that they are not a genuine source because they provide you improper information and on every step they say that it's the last payment which you have to make.I want my refund to be initiated immediately.I am adding all the transaction details which I made because of improper information and fraudulent activities.

Today also I got a call and without my approval my services has been started which is not acceptable I have clearly mentioned that I don't want any services then also forcefully it's been started...
Waiting to solve this, still not resolved, ...

I have been told that without these services my resume can't be taken further and have been told that this will be the last payment asked for which the person have misguided me and told me to pay for the services.And I was not aware of that later after on customer support I have been told that you have no rights to cancel the services and Forcefully it's been initiated.This is an act of half information been provided and Forcefully the services has been initiated.

Its my request that all the services should be stopped immediately and I am getting numerous calls which should be stopped.

Rather to that I have clearly mentioned all the incident happened to me on mail clearly you all have provided incomplete information and have taken the payment forcefully.

I have been clearly told that without the services you will not be able to go ahead and also been told that 15700 will be the last payment But after that also i keep on getting the payment request and i have been kept in shadow.

Now you all are mentally harassing me and forcing me to avail the services.

I don't want any services as you all have not provided clear information to me and have cheated me.
