[Resolved]  Shine.com — Job abroad assistance - money Rs 149000 refund request

I have taken job abroad assistance. The executive asked me to pay amount for Application Highlighter and Resume Booster, Cover letter, Job Profile Verification, Education Verification, Professional Summary, Job and interview assistance, job and interview guidance, leadership essentials, master of project management, six zigma green belt today 24/2/2024and paid rs 1, 49, 000 to Shine.com, today I got a call from relationship man4ager but I am not aware that I need to pay money for different services like employment verification and education verification and ATS resume building. Over a call the relation ship manager is asking to pay for all these in order to go ahead with my profile. my bad luck i done that. after that there is no response . I tried multiple calls to their number and even toll free number. I saw the review of shine.com only after my payment. they are fraud. please help me.i paythrough credit card.

Why these things is not maintained or mentioned in the Shine portal before taking this service? why these things are hidden?

Why in a call we need to pay all these amounts? also why don't you have a refund policy which we have bought now and didn't use your service yet or activate your service yet. As per govt rules we have an option to cancel at any time with in 15 days. You are in media industry dont you know this
