[Resolved]  Shine.com — Misguided and cheated by online mode

I am searching job opportunities, meanwhile I got a call from shine, Mr. Mohit has explained that they have many opportunities which are meets my requirements, so if I pay the 3186/- i will get different services and many job opportunities.

I was never experienced paid services, so I was hesitating. I asked for time to think, but they are not ok to give time. Somehow he convinced to 2-3 days. Then I thought, only in 3186/- if I get better job offer it’s fine. So on 21st I paid the amount via their email link. (Attached message 1) Once payment done, he told me that he is appointed RM, who will call me and explained process. Immediately RM called, and asked for my resume, profile, experience, and background. Then he told I have to do education and employment verification to process further. I have to pay little amount for that. When I asked amount and total amount for Complete process, he didn’t told me the amount and asked me to check mail during call, and pay the amount in mail. When I checked email during call, it was of 5192/-. So I paid that during call only, and given transaction I’d to him. Then he asked for another transaction I’d, so I told what is it for, so he told me it was for employment verification, previous transaction was for only education verification. So I argued, and asked again for total charges of all service. But he didn’t told that. After some arguments and discussion I paid that also. Which is of 9556/-. And given transaction I’d. Then he moves on resume, and informed me that my resume is outdated, I have to update resume after I update resume, I will get the notification on WhatsApp also about job openings. So again I asked for amount, which again he didn’t told and asked to check mail, in mail, it was 15987/- so I told I don’t have money. So he asked me to use credit card. I denied for it, so he told that I have to complete the process to get benefits. After almost 20-30 minutes of arguments and discussion I paid 15987/- which was debited 16383/- so when I asked for difference, so he told it was settling charges by payment gateway. And I given transaction I’d. Then again he asked for another transaction I’d, so I asked that what it is about. So he asked to check mail, in which it was 24779/-. I asked this is not being transparent process. I am constantly asking for total charges, and you are not informing that. And asking me to pay one by one with diff amounts. I didn’t want to pay anymore. So he told me that if I will not pay, process will not complete, and I will not get any benefits. I asked to refund then, so he refused that we don’t have refund policy. I have attached all mails, of transactions. When I asked to complain, they started talking that it will not create any problems to them. I have to follow their instructions. Even while this arguements, I have asked them that why they have added unwanted services like negotiation skill, featured profiles, communication skills etc. so he told that he will decide what I have to buy. So finally I decided to do complaint. “They misguided, hiding total package, and amount, and when I asked to stop. They threaten about not getting any benefits.
I have attached all mails. If anymore details are required, pls let me know.

1930 complaint is also submitted and received messages-“Grievance submitted successfully, with Acknowledgement No. [protected].”
