[Resolved] Shine.com — no transparency in payment charges | |||
I have registered with shine.com as a candidate looking for job. I was informed that i need to pay an amount of approximately only rs.5000 for the services offered by shine.com I was informed that my resume will be rewritten by the team and will be sent to many employers. My resume has already been rewritten in the canadian format and i informed about the same to the team. The next day i made the payment of rs.5308 (Transaction id : in20190401_188564_144423) I got another mail and call after making my payment. They told that i need to pay about rs.10000 again for the services. Why was i not informed by the team about this earlier? Why is the team not transparent about what you need from the candidates? It is the company's duty to explain about the complete payment details to the candidate. Now this is like these people pulled us in by saying i need to pay only rs.5000 and after that they are fooling me saying that i need to pay 10000 for any services. Why do they play with our hard earned money? I need an immediate reply for this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
