Dear sir/ madam, Regretfully i express that on 11-oct-2016, on behalf of shine.com i have received a call from +[protected]/ ms anshika & mr manish/ [protected], ms linnet & ms swati/ [protected]. They convinced and collected money rs 2, 300 through eprofilehub.com which is a client site of shine.com as per their statement. When i asked a test mail from them, they told it's not possible from ourside and after your payment, there will be an automated mail forwarded within few seconds and we will provide you reference id with the companies interview schedule. Immediately after the payment they said your process not completed and further have to pay for rs 8, 550, then your reference id will generate. So far nothing received, those numbers active and they are calling asking me to complete the process. I am expecting your immediate call... Thanks, epari ajit kumar/ [protected], [protected], ameerpet, hyderabad-38 Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 16, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Shine.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 13, 2016 Shine.com Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Greetings from Shine.com. With reference to your comment, these days a lot of fake recruiters are calling the candidates using the name of reputed job portals and extract heavy money from them. We will like to clarify that the money paid by you is not to Shine.com and is not linked with any such recruiter or consultants. I got the similar calls from some so called HR Executives from different portal sites, who seems to be highly unprofessional, has lack of communication skills, and following up with 2 mobile numbers which I have.
So far I had 3 website for reference to pay money - eprofilehub.com, ecarrerpro and another site starting some 'i' which I could not trace out because of the bad audio quality and pronunciation. Each one was claiming to be a part of shine.com and got my details from shine.com. Every one offered positions in companies like jpmorgan, infosys, ibm, etc. for internal positing which is not known outside and can get a job in 2 interviews. To have any additional information I need to pay an amount through the website ranging from Rs.2300 to Rs.3800.
I believe shine.com is sharing all the details with such fake organizations, and there is no security and secrecy of our information given to Shine.com. I believe it is a nexus for forging money.
I am thinking of how to de-register and remove my details from Shine.com.

I am Prakash and faced the same problem with eprofilehub.
These guys are calling and cheating those people who are updating their profiles on recruiting websites.
They will ask you to register on eprofilehub but will never provide their details and information through email. Note that you will never receive any email from them and not even registration number that these guys are telling people that you would be getting registration number after registration on your email. Once you registered, they will ask you to pay around 10K rupees to complete second stage for arranging interview calls. If you said no, then they will drop the call and never receive.
I got call from Ram ([protected]), and Rahul Verma ([protected])(could be fake name) saying that they are working for eprofilehub which is linked with Shine.com and they got the details from Shine.com.
Such sites should be banned and the cheaters should be arrested..
