Shine.com — PMP training: fraud and cheat case
Shine.com is keeping customers in the dark and extorting money I received a call from Mr Mrityunjay Mishra from shine.com about PMP training. When I asked about the course fees, he sent a mail saying that the course fees is 12999, and after discount, it would be Rs 11700(screenshot of mail attached). He offered me additional discount of RS 500 and I paid Rs 11200. After the payment of Rs 11200, I got a call from Mr Himanshu for Registration and payment of additional Rs 12000. When I asked why this was not informed beforehand, he said it is assumed everyone is aware of this cost. I told him it was not possible to pay this amount, so cancel my registration and refund the 11200 in my account. He said it was not possible to get the money refunded and I have to pay the amount. Now when I am checking, I see many similar complaints against them. They keep students in dark and ask for additional money. My email ID is suvro.[protected]@gmail.com and the transaction ID is CP[protected](screenshot attached) Was this information helpful?
