[Resolved] Shine.com — refund for advance payments on shine.com job portal | |||
It is to bring to your notice that i don't feel satisfied with the services provided by shine.com against the payment i have made by me. Initially i made a payment of around 3000 something, after that i received a phone call from th executive asking me to pay more for advanced services. The executive also talked to me very rudely and said that if i want my profile to be attractive i have to make payment of 10737, which i eventually paid. After that again i received a call from their executive demanding more money of around 20000. It has been a routine from the shine.com that everytime i receive a call its always about asking for more payments, but to my utter disappointment the services being provided are not at all upto the mark as i feel no advancement has been done to boost up my profile. I want a refund of all my payments at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||

This portal does not have genuine jobs for candidates and even they sale this portal to recruiters by giving false information.
Shine.com is completely with fake profiles and ts sales person gives wrong commitments and wrong information to sale the subscription package in market.
There is big differences in the Service they offer while sale and what they actually give. Even then no any customer service from customer care department. After Paying ₹ 60, 000 and instead of hoping some good support from Shine.com I become helpless and feeling cheated.
