I received a call from the Shine representative, related to my plans for shifting the job. During the call the representative introduced me to a service offered by them and told me that they are proceeding with the step. When I said okay, the representative on the other side told me that I have to pay some amount. I raised my concern to the representative as nothing was conveyed to me regarding the payment before initiating the step.
I raised a concern again during one of these steps that I need some time to think this through, but the representative insisted that the live session will break so I have to pay the money.
This thing happened around 7 times with the following transaction Ids.

Upon introspecting, after the call, I wrote a letter to shine.com regarding my dissatisfaction and to deactivate all the services, which were activated during the call and to refund the money. I submitted this letter on 17 April 2025 and today it is 26 April 2025 and still received no reply from shine.com related to future course of action regarding refund. Was this information helpful? |
