Hi All Shine Customer Support/Team, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a recent interaction with your relationship manager, Mr. Rohit (Contact: [protected]), which I believe involved misrepresentation of services and undue pressure to make payments. On a scheduled call, I was informed that after purchasing the Premium package for â‚¹3, 292, I would receive job opportunities as part of the offering. However, during the call, Mr. Rohit insisted that I pay an additional â‚¹4, 673 for a "pre-verification" processâ€”without clearly explaining that this was for education verification only and that further charges would apply separately for job verification. He sent me an invoice of â‚¹4, 672 and strongly urged me to make the payment immediately, stating that my profile was live and that further assistance would not be provided beyond that day. After making this payment, I was unexpectedly sent another invoice for â‚¹9556 for job verification. When I questioned this, Mr. Rohit claimed he had informed me of the separate charges, which were never clearly communicated. This experience has been disappointing and misleading. I have attached the call recording for your reference, which clearly demonstrates the lack of transparency. In total, the services and charges are as follows:goog_[protected] Job Profile Verification Plus Package â€“ â‚¹3, 292 Education Verification Package â€“ â‚¹4, 673 Job Verification Package â€“ â‚¹9, 556 I request a full refund of the additional charges, as I do not wish to proceed with the pre-verification services that were not transparently communicated. Kindly investigate the matter at the earliest and process the necessary refund. He talked so many times about trust in your company and portal and assured me that no payment will be required anymore, but I feel cheated and just want to continue with the basic plan. Esse India and many other small enterprises are linked with HT Media Shine. Com . All are fake HR Product sellers duping millions of Indian unemployed youngsters. The thing is that Shine .com posed as street smart vendor, Shine.com has at least more than 40 members identified after several fake mobile sim cards. The modus operandi is the moment you click any job post on Portale you receive a mobile call later they ask for money 3500 to 600o inr ensuring if 90 days no job money will return. Next the moment you pay cheater HT Media pay link . You next receive a call from fake or so called HR Manager of Shine. com he will explained and duped you purchase any of products, again the moment you pay for HT Media Shine .com link HR manager again will make drama now he will threaten you your profile will be incomplete so HR Manager force you to purchase again other product on HT Media (Hindustan Times) Shine.com. The process will continue till your 35000 inr is fully recovered. Later after that no mobile will be respond to your call. It is heard that Indiamart fake operators are also involved in this. Again after o4 or 5 weeks you receive a call to pose it is not fake lady will talk to you and fill some forms and continuously send fake short list of application in various companies. Shine . Com cheating since 28 years and make at least 460 crores per year. Indian Government must slap these fake employment centers immediately. Anti Corruption must look into this and put entire gang behind bar.
