I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a recent interaction with your relationship manager, Mr. Rohit (Contact: [protected]), which I believe involved misrepresentation of services and undue pressure to make payments.
On a scheduled call, I was informed that after purchasing the Premium package for ₹3, 292, I would receive job opportunities as part of the offering. However, during the call, Mr. Rohit insisted that I pay an additional ₹4, 673 for a "pre-verification" process—without clearly explaining that this was for education verification only and that further charges would apply separately for job verification.
He sent me an invoice of ₹4, 672 and strongly urged me to make the payment immediately, stating that my profile was live and that further assistance would not be provided beyond that day. After making this payment, I was unexpectedly sent another invoice for ₹9556 for job verification. When I questioned this, Mr. Rohit claimed he had informed me of the separate charges, which were never clearly communicated.
This experience has been disappointing and misleading. I have attached the call recording for your reference, which clearly demonstrates the lack of transparency.

I request a full refund of the additional charges, as I do not wish to proceed with the pre-verification services that were not transparently communicated. Kindly investigate the matter at the earliest and process the necessary refund.
He talked so many times about trust in your company and portal and assured me that no payment will be required anymore, but I feel cheated and just want to continue with the basic plan. Please refund the amount paid to you today.
