Sub: Shine.com- Got a job offer call, I paid Rs.35, 616 & they said they will refund & asked for more money, I refused &I want my refund.

Respected team - on 13-Nov-2021, I got many calls from Shine.com stating that they are offering paid services to get our Resume noted in Job market and promised me to provide a job in an MNC company . Initially, they have asked me to make payment for registration fees and job service fees. After that, they asked money in every step of the process which they mentioned as refundable amount and the amount turned into a huge amount to Rs.35, 616 paid through Debit card and Net banking services. They are still demanding for more money, otherwise they will not provide any services till I pay additional amount Rs.25, 000.
I have made total payment rupees Rs.35, 616/- altogether for all the mentioned services and again they have asked me raise another payment for Rs.25, 000 to complete the whole process. However, I realized that, something fishy and I denied any further payments there after and didn't pay Rs.25, 000 amount.
Shine has charged me as below
Rs.3, 032 (Transaction ID: IN20211113_581720_162345) for Application Booster Package 6 months.
Rs.5, 192 (Transaction ID: IN20211113_[protected]_[protected]) for Education Verification Plus Package [Negotiation Skill].
Rs.9, 556 (Transaction ID: IN20211113_[protected]_[protected]) for Job Profile Verification Plus Package [Communication Skills at Workplace] and Featured Profile 90 days.
Rs.17, 500 (Transaction ID: IN20211113_[protected]_[protected]) for Professional Resume Writing and Professional Summary.
Rs.25, 000 for Jobs on the Move 180 days. - by this time, I realized that, something fishy and I denied any further payments there after and didn't pay Rs.25, 000 amount.
Total amount paid to Shine is Rs.35, 616/-
As Shine.com team forcefully claimed charges of Rs.35, 616/- from me. I don't want these services from Shine and I want my hard earned money back as refund from Shine. I have already requested refund with the intention that I am not continuing their service. But, they are not responding and threatening me.
As they promised they will refund my money back at any stage if I am not satisfied with their services. I have all the proofs regarding the transactions and find the attached proofs. Please review my case and help me out to get my money back.
I have raised a complaint to my bank as well. Still I’m getting a lot of calls Shine asking for more money. Kindly do something and help me to refund my money at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
