[Resolved] Shine.com — Shine.com is the most fraud, fake, company ever and also their response towards money is too high.
They called me and asked for an initial deposit of rs10500 then rs15500 saying it would be refunded after I reach Canada for document verification, saying that paying has to be done immediately or else vacancy will go. These were a team of fake people and asked me more rs20500, rs23236 for the ielts exam and housing for rs29500/year even after I refused to pay them . They said it’s a golden opportunity for the stay in Canada and said if i paid this amount only then will the previous amount be refunded or else i wont get the refund of any of the amount paid till now... I understood these people are fraud and refused to pay any further.. They pressured me so much for paying.. Then after these payments done. They conducted a fake on-call hr interview from the canada Mr Peter Gomes ( HR head management team), when i called up hospital where i was applying, they said there is no such hr from the same name who had interviewed me. The interview took place at their mid-morning ( early morning) and our timings 2:30pm. The Canadian interviewer said to pay an amount of rs54500 for the flight and visa process which will be returned back on my arrival at Canada. This made me fishy. On telling them that they said these are hidden vacancies and not everyone knows about them...
On complaining to shine and on asking them if the agents were their agents, they did not deny nor did they say yes, they said that we dont charge any money from candidates, but if they have already charged you, you can go ahead with them but do not make any further payment.. Basically this shine.com is associated with the fraud caller they keep saying beware of them, fake callers and all but they are very much associated with them, as they did not get back and resolve anything even though i sent them pictures of all the emails, transactions done, agents name and number., etc.. And no invoice payment bills were given to me.
I asked them to return my money back, but they are still asking money for the GST procedure, and again asking money to pay rs32000. And saying i[censored] don’t pay 32000 u ll have a delay of replacement of the money with 210 days. Which r all fake.
I had confirmed with the Canadian hospital for which the interview took place they said it’s all fake. They only gave me the address of their office. Don’t know it’s true. They have sent me all the documents which I can share to u. All the documents I ll attach to this complaint below.
They are fake people. Still I get calls from shine.com.
