[Resolved]  Shine.com — suspicious credit card transactions (asking for otp to refund money and misusing)

I have registered with shine.com by payment of rs.4683/- on 23 feb2018 by icici credit card.
However, shine representative approached me on 5th march asking me whether i want refund of the registration fee.in the process of refund, i was asked to provide otp, telling that it is the most secure method of refund.
Although, i was aware of risk of sharing otp, i trusted shine representative, since shine being a part of big group hindustan times. I had to give otp to get refund, but, unfortunately, otp was misused to debit money from my credit card rather than crediting the amount to my credit card.
It happened three times, and so far, i have lost rs. 3999 +3500 + 10000 = rs. 17499/- by misuse of otp. Calls continued from shine representatives even after this saying that there was a technical issue due to which money got debited from card. They again wanted to refund entire money through same method. But, i refused to share otp. I have provided my bank details, but they could not transfer to my bank account due to some technical issues. I do not know what really has happened.
The entire details (With names, telephone number, date, time) of the circumstances, i have officially reported shine on mail to [protected]@shine.com on 9th & 12th march, but not received any satisfactory reply.
Further, i have couriered these details to ht media ho address on 10th april 2018. But nobody has replied.
I trust ht and hope i will get back my money through proper mode of payment.
