Shine.com called regarding job availibility and told me that 100% job assurance after payment of 117000/- for diferent services thay are telling me that no job guarantee they told me by taking the different diferent company name from mr atul and maheep and taken money for the different i had paid the amount after confirmation from them for the job now they are telling me that no job and interview gauranteed please help me to get my money back

Com atul and maheep by telling me that 100% job assurance with the 50 to 60% hike in the salary on that basis I had done the payment of 117000/- after that they are telling me that there is no job and interview guarantee also they told me that there vacancies available in the Goa side I was asking again and again to them that 100% job assurance they told me that gives us one chance and also told me that there internal links on that you will get the job on that basis only I had invested this much of heavy amount I had done the payment on the basis of 100% jo assurance please help.

Com had done fraud to be my giving false commitment just for the money I had paid almost 117000/- only after confirmation 100% confirmation from atul and maheep with 50% hike in salary they are just done the fraud to me I want my all money back otherwise need to go legally for taking my money back
