[Resolved] Shine.com — very poor service | |||||
Dear sir / maddam Am aromalmanoj i have been registered in shine.com 2months before and the guy how named siddirth ask me to pay 3000 and i have paid it within a week i have attended a telephonic interview which is conducted by sonya mam after thatagain ask to pay rs 3000 for attending the face to face interview and for security but i had paid it too then they told in 30th october will conduct the face to face interview theni have communicated with sonya mam and givn the date of 5th november again the date has been extended 12 november then again they are asking to me wait already am waiting for around one and a half month because of there words everytime am calling and enquiring about the same but they are replying this this (Will sent a mail in your registered mail i'd) everytime am go through the mail there is no answer for the question which i ask they sending some attachment of group discussion and about how to increase personality etc etc. Ok l agree with that it's good but this not which lwantand again i have received a call from a lady and just ask personal details and all she said sonya mam forward my mail to her and ask 15 days of time and am agreed it but now it's over 15days i can understand you guys are facing some issues in my case. No worries for me i don't want to make issue just go simple am requesting you tugs to refund my money because 2 days before we have start a small scale business so now am not looking for job and l have told everything to sonya mam then she suggested me to sent a mail. I already wasted 2 months so please make it serious and do the needful please note am not sending it as a complaint.. This kind of no such activity has been done at our end, in association with such fraudster. We have been receiving such complaints from some customers/general public who have become victims of such fraudulent and cheating activities at the hands of many criminal elements. Also, many senior authorities have been initiated by our company to control these activities. You can initiate the below actions before relevant authorities for your claims:- A) File a complaint with your bank to get a chargeback and ask them to blacklist the merchant who made this transaction.
