I have placed an order for one micro garlic chopper with shiprocket on a COD basis. The products id delivered after a few days without a bill and warranty card. The product worked only for a few seconds and stopped working. I try to recharge it but did not succeed. I send a message to shiprocket regarding the same, but they responded that "we are not responsible for the products. Please contact the seller" They do not share the seller's name or contact number and simply shared their email ID. and asked to contact them directly.
I send the emaIL TO SELLER THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. I placed an order to shiprocket and gave the payment to them. After taking the money from the customer not resolving the problem of the customer is not good practice..
