I've been waiting for my order from 30.04.2024 to 08.04.2024, and despite numerous calls to address the issue, they have only offered false reassurances. Now they're suggesting I cancel the order and reassign, which is incredibly unprofessional and irresponsible, not to mention a waste of time. I shouldn't have to go through the hassle of changing the package, downloading and printing a new label and manifest, and then affixing it to the package. Why should I bear the cost of their incompetence? There are other courier options available, but they seem intent on making it difficult for customers to withdraw funds from their wallets. Why can't I access my own money? If I'm dissatisfied with their service, I should have the freedom to choose another courier partner and receive a refund promptly. I demand the return of my 600.51 Rs from their wallet to my account. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
