I had specifically ordered a smartphone gimbal stabilizer, but instead, I received an entirely different and irrelevant product. This is a clear case of wrong/fake product delivery and is causing me inconvenience and financial loss.
I kindly request you to:
Arrange for an immediate return pickup of the wrong product.
Initiate a full refund/replacement for the correct iSteady Gimbal Stabilizer.
Investigate this issue with the seller to prevent such fraudulent deliveries in the future.
I am attaching photographs of the delivered product and the packaging as proof for your reference.
