    Parcel not delivered

    I booked my order on instagram page they send me the parcel from shiprocket company on 4th september 2024 since then today 20th september i didn’t got my parcel. I placed lots of complaints almost everyday but they’re repeating everyday saying we will deliver it within 24-40 hours but after that no action has been taken. I searched on website for their nearest brach but it has no contact number and the reviews are even worse almost everyone...

    I want to raise a complaint against Shiprocket. My order was placed on 7th September and from then I have been calling them regularly for pickup on the help chat it says that pickup was not ready but on the first day itself shipment was ready and nobody ever called. The Shiprocket executives told me to wait for 24hr and wait for 1 more day and now it’s 10 days they are saying to cancel and proceed with new shipment. This is a mental harassment and no solution provided from their end.
    I wrote a mail to them and they told me to wait till 16th and on 16th they are writing a mail ‘as we didn’t receive any response from your end we are closing the ticket.’
    They are just scamming people and not providing them any help and any solutions.
    I want strict actions to be taken against them.

      On 15 jun 2024 I ( Company ID : 4615699) susbsribed for the paid feature paying 3540 in advance to use Inventory Managemant Feature as it was not activated in Default Plan.

      But after repeated reminders and follow up the customer care seems to care a lot less about this.

      I have already asked them to terminate my account and refund the amount charged.

          Hi, my name is Karminder I ordered a parcel from Amazon in April 9 and it supposed to be delivered by May 8 but I did not received my parcel yet . This was ridiculous as it is happens to me very first time .             I have ordered one CrossFit smart watch having order id #34634 and it is delivered by DELHIVERY courier(awb No#[protected]) . It is the not the original CrossFit product. It is a cheap Chinese product . No response from the Customer Service.

              Raised a complaint against shiprocket. Did not even get the resolution and the ticket was also closed.
              The issue was related to that one of my product was missing from the package that i sent to customer. The shipment was RTO.

              Even the photo uploaded on the POD is wrong. My POD was also not uploaded. As i said again i am saying one of my items in the package returned was missing.

                    The company is playing cheap tricks with the sellers now. What they had done with me is, First they lost the sent package from our store and then after more than 60 days of complaining about it, they refunded the amount into my wallet. Then after 3-4 days one of your delivery team employee, packaged a random packet and then delivered it to us claiming to found the lost package. The shiprocket team hadn't done any inquiry about this and took the refunded charges amount back from my wallet.

                    I had shared all the proofs including the video proof and images and all other details with them multiple times and it is clearly seen in that video that the label pasted on the package is very small in size and already blurred by the delivery team thus making it impossible for us to capture the minute details of AWB number the image.

                    After 10 days of the mail shared with them, Shiprocket asked me that they want to see the delievery AWB no. on the return package despite of the fact they also had the proof video and it is clearly seen in that that video that AWB had been blurred by the delivery team employees.

                    This had happened with me twice in the previious month and it is happening with other sellers also.

                    I want the complete refund of my shipment and its cost is 2500/-

                      Constant pickup delay

                      This is the 2nd time I canceled the shipment just because of their fake commitments.
