Not received the ordered kurti, received different kurti

I have ordered a yellow green mulmul cotton suit set on 7 feb 2023, order no : CF10139000. I have paid rs 980 on cash on delivery on 12 feb, after receiving the product when I have checked it is completely different set, which is very cheap quality not even worth 300. Please refund my money back...

    They lost my shipment

    Hello i send my parcel through shiprocket to itly here the awb number "[protected]"and it will not delivered to my friend yet and the status showing order fullfilled and when i try to contact the support team then they response by saying to check with his local post after cheking with local post we came to no nothing has arrived yet and they lost my parcel and my parcel contain goods of more than 30000 and i am not in a situation to bear...

    The company is playing cheap tricks with the sellers now. What they had done with me is, First they lost the sent package from our store and then after more than 60 days of complaining about it, they refunded the amount into my wallet. Then after 3-4 days one of your delivery team employee, packaged a random packet and then delivered it to us claiming to found the lost package. The shiprocket team hadn't done any inquiry about this and took the refunded charges amount back from my wallet.

    I had shared all the proofs including the video proof and images and all other details with them multiple times and it is clearly seen in that video that the label pasted on the package is very small in size and already blurred by the delivery team thus making it impossible for us to capture the minute details of AWB number the image.

    After 10 days of the mail shared with them, Shiprocket asked me that they want to see the delievery AWB no. on the return package despite of the fact they also had the proof video and it is clearly seen in that that video that AWB had been blurred by the delivery team employees.

    This had happened with me twice in the previious month and it is happening with other sellers also.

    I want the complete refund of my shipment and its cost is 2500/-

      Constant pickup delay

      This is the 2nd time I canceled the shipment just because of their fake commitments. Continuously I was talking to customer care but every time they assured me of the pick-up and asked for more time. But enough is enough. Don't we have value of our time? How long should we wait? Don't they have any work ethics? How could they expect people to wait for an unknown time? They should be banned. I created the order on 1st December which...

        Delay in pickup

        I booked a parcel on 2nd December, which was supposed to be picked up on 4th December, but it was not picked up. Without any attempt, they updated that the pick-up was canceled by the seller which is completely false.                 Hi Team,

                on 14 sept i have started my men's grooming online business for which i used shiprocket as my aggregator, i thought it would help me to grow my business.
                after few day they assigned me a person named Ashish ([protected]). I really don't how to use my word for this person.
                He just ruined my business within in a month only.
                Whenever i need his help he just gave me attitude that i am an account manager of about 350 sellers, i don't have time to check your emails, send me your queries on my WhatsApp.
                I started the same, whatever i had queries i used to call him and update him about my issues and made him remember that i sent him a WhatsApp message as well.
                But he started ignoring my messages and i did complaint so many time to shiprocket as well but no action yet.

                Is there anyone who can help me here????????

                      My package was not delivered even though it's out for delivery. Every day morning, I get the message in my phone that my package is out for delivery. On afternoon, suddenly, I'll receive the OTP in my phone. After few minutes, I'll receive another message that my package is undelivered. The delivery boy doesn't made any attempt to deliver my package and he doesn't pick my phone call also. Have written an email to customer care. But no response from them too. Poor customer service.

                          I made an order on vapevibe.in but instead of sending me the correct order they have sent me some cheap eliquid. And there is no way to reach out to seller or ship rocket support. I don't understand why shiprocket supports stuck fraudulent sellers. I am sure I am not the first guy to complain against them. Why doesn't ship rocket remove these sellers from their platform. It's disgusting. I am not even going to order from the sellers listed on shiprocket.
