Today the delivery person rang me up but I was taking lunch, his phone was not picked by me but after lunch, I rang him up on his phone number [protected] at 1.44 pm. 24.10.2025. He wrongly reached at other area but he told me that he will come and deliver my parcel today. But when I rang him up at 3.59 pm, but he is not picking my call ! However, when I checked my message inbox, a message of 3 pm shows that I didn't not provide him OTP ! How this wrong act he did, needs to be punished hard by removing him from job as he is tarnishing image of Shiprocket and also harrassed me as customer, please take action soon and advise me compliance.

Updated by [email protected] Still I didn't receive my parcel, I require it urgently as it contains machine measuring my blood sugar as I am sever Diabetic patient and needs urgent medical help.

Updated by [email protected] Again dialled at 4.27 pm and 4.30 pm, 24.10.2025 to phone of the delivery person on [protected], but he is not picking up my phone call as well as he is also not ringing me back if he is busy ! So careless ! !
