I am writing to report an issue with my order delivery handled by Shiprocket.

The tracking status shows that a delivery attempt was made, but no delivery agent contacted me or visited my address. This appears to be a false update.

I request you to:

- Arrange an urgent reattempt at the earliest (preferably today till night)
- Ensure the delivery agent calls before delivery
- Take necessary action regarding the false delivery attempt

I was available at the delivery address the entire time, and no attempt was made from the courier side.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further.
