Shiprocket — my amount was deducted from bank but not received in my wallet | |
My amount was deducted from my bank account but not received in my shiprocket wallet and then i contact shiprocket and they say they can't received that amount then i contact to payment gateway which is billdesk they say they settled the amount in the shiprocket account but shiprocket can't agree that they recieved the amount so please billdesk and shiprocket issue a refund of my amount or resolve the issue as soon as possible.
