I am writing to bring to your notice the non-delivery of my order despite being marked incorrectly as “customer not available” by the delivery personnel.

I was surprised to see that the delivery status was updated as “customer not available, ” which is completely incorrect. My family and I were present at the delivery address throughout the day. No delivery attempt was made, nor did we receive any call from the delivery person.
It appears that the delivery executive has deliberately marked a false remark without attempting delivery. This is unacceptable and reflects poor service standards.
I request you to:
Arrange immediate delivery of my parcel today itself without further delay.
Provide an explanation for the false delivery remark.
Take strict and appropriate action against the concerned delivery person to prevent such incidents in the future.
I expect a prompt resolution and confirmation at the earliest.
