Shiprocket — Not do any order but recive COD parcel whithout Sellers information

On 2 sep i receive COD parcel of Rs699 Which is not ordered by me .on this parcel no seller information. When i open it ther is no product which is on bill. it was pure fraud. but how shiprocket take parcel with out any seller details or verifying website which is not on any web portal. it saw Funkship.com(SR) in Tracking details. i can't return or can't contact seller because there is no any seller information on parcel or tracking details. pls help me. there is big scam is doing behind this site.
