Shiprocket — Order# MB[protected] not yet received

Hello, I didn' yet received my Order# MB[protected] which I had ordered on 30 Aug 2025. Daily I am getting watsapp message for Reattempt but never received my order and today I got the watsapp message that Its Cancelled.
Why and how it got cancelled when I didn't cancel it and never received the call from the courier.
Please reply asap as its urgent medicines.
