Shiprocket — Parcel haven't been picked up from the warehouse and it has been like 10 days.

My parcel haven't been picked up yet by KARTROCKETSMALL and it has been like 10 days of order. I have sent like 5 mails now and no results. Please pick up my parcel and ship it to me safely.
