Shiprocket — Parcel Not Delivered and updating Fake delivery Attempt

Hi my Order ID : #JPM2173374 With shiprocket xpressbees .
They Are Not Delivering My parcel and updating Fake delivery Attempt that coustomer was not available without any attempt.
In call they are saying that your area is not serviceable then why they picked parcel.
please Look at this matter.
