Shiprocket — Wrong material received .

Hello sir,
I had placed an order 4 winter t-shirt in 999/- from Xsmart World.
order id number - #80731 and date- 5/11/2025. When I received the parcel by ekart logistic, it contained a torn saree bundle. I had already made the payment to the courier. I had faith in those guys, that's why I didn't open the package at the same time. i have sent many emails to you sir but we have not received any update from your side.

that's parcel delivered by ekart logistic surface.
