I completed my bachelor's of arts degree from shobhit university merrut in 2014 from school of distance education, i have marksheet and provisional certificate, what is the procedure to obtain my degree certificate since it has been three years i passed my examination. I am in urgent need of degree certificate but there is no clear process to obtain it, plss help me...

I got my markeet sheet and I am sending my all documents with bank draft to your address, but I am not able to get my provisional certificate yet. Kindly inform me, Sir . how can I conform, my certificate are arrive or not

I have completed the BCA from Shobhit University and got the Mark sheet, provisional and migration certificate. When I sent for verification they have replied to my employer that the enrollment number and roll number is not valid and they did not issues these certificate. It is a really embarrassing.
