I am jyoti, i have completed b. A. From shobhit university, meerut, uttar pradesh in 2014.

I learned from shobhit university that for degree i have to pay fee of rs.2000 for the same.

I have submitted the demand draft of rs.2000/- on 13.02.18 with required docs like mark sheet copy.

However till now i have not received my degree, kindly provide the same as i need to submit the mark sheet to my office.

Kindly look into the matter and provide my degree asap.

Sir, with due respect, i beg to state that the following few lines for your kind consideration and sympathetic action please. I, tuhin chakraborty (Enrollment no. [protected]) passed ba (English) in city correspondence college, burdwan from your university. My ba 3rd year marksheet was pubished on 29.11.2013 and also issue provisional certificate of the above degree. But i have not issued three years graduation certificate till date. Earlier on 08.04.2014, i have applied for provisional & degree certificate alongwith a dd for rs. 500/- + 500/- = total rs. 1000/- (Photocopy of requisition of dd is enclosed herewith) in which i have only issued provisional certificate on 08.08.2014 but till date i do not received my degree certificate. Further, i have forwarded a mail on 01.03.2017 vide which i have been once again directed to forward the following documents along with dd of rs 500/- in favour of shobhit university payable at meerut. So that, as per advice received through mail the following documents are once again forwarded herewith for issuing my degree certificate at the earliest please :-
