The order was placed on 18th Sep’2015 at 11:44 PM, Payment mode was prepaid with direct delivery at my Home town address: Shri Om Traders Bazar Kallu Ganj, Najibabad Dist.: Bijinor on additional cost of INR 299 as Shipping cost. Order No.: 68498398 This Product was delivered on 25th Sep’15 at my place, Since it was to be installed, so we requested a RO installer person to get it installed, since he was not free so he visited on 26th Sep’15. That day its was found that the product is not working. I immediately called on the help line number of Eureka Fobes which was mentioned on the product. But they said we have to place defective request to the Ecommerce website, I immediately did that, Shop clue executive confirmed my request has been processed, it will take 1-2 working days to get it replaced & picked. From 26th Sep’15 . I am just following with them, Neither they revert on my call, neither they are replying on emails.
