Same Day when i received the product send the refund request to ShopCluse. But they said con't accept the request due to quality issue of product.

I appeal to all customer please beware from such product and such online market place....

Hi, I have ordered Endura Mass 1 KG chocloate on 6 October 2014 with order no. #22193215 and I received the product today (13 October 2014).. After opening the box, I found no seal is there and supplement is not genuine, this is a cocoa powder with hard sugar, I don't know what other things they mixed in it. Hi I am facing a issue related to my account I wanted to order something but my cluebucks are not showing it is showing "Dormant account" and the amount was 367 rupees kindly please look into it this and reply me as soon as possible

I raised return request for the product but it take long time and by mistake return was cancelled and I want to return the product, product return 10 day cover is still valid and I need refund in my original payment method. I had ordered earpods from ShopClues they were defective I told them the same day I encountered this issue that it is defective they told me to visit service station however it was the same day if was supposed to return because it was in window
When I reached service station they told me that for the same product the warranty has expired and claimed two times that mean they send me a used product
I told them this issues then finally they told me to send the product back from your end that means I had to arrange a courier for it and pay for it
Now finally I did the same they now sent me a mail that send us the product but don't send through India post yesterday they didn't now that I send the product they might have seen the tracking slip they tell me not to send through India post they should have mentioned that earlier I'm frustrated it's my earned money they are cheats . I have encountered several challenges, including delayed responses, confusing instructions, and a lack of acknowledgment of the issue I am facing.
Please help me regarding the same
