I paid for a smartphone order on 25 July approximately about rs26000 to shopclues. Later my order was cancelled & refund process initiated . My order ID is[protected] & refund ID is 21611963. Estimated time of refund was 30 July 2023. Today is 6th August 2023 & refund process is still pending. No response to my repeated emails from the website. Plus no proper communication with customer care is available.

I was told that I was given a part-time job in shopclues mall, in which I had to complete the given tasks by ordering items displayed. I had to invest my own money to order the items and complete the tasks. At a certain point, I couldn't continue as I ran out of funds. I requested to give my money that I invested back. But they refused and locked up all the money that I put in. I invested around 2, 60, 000. Requesting you to please look into the matter and take necessary action against the people who are using your shopclues name for such scams.

I have purchased two shirt. my order isI[protected]. I have also make payment in advance. after 5 minute later i have canceled the order. more than 7 days has been passed i have not received my amount yet. Refund process is so slow. if i cancel my order on amazon or flipkart they refund the amount in just 5 minute. it is not trustworthy site. ignore this site for any purchase. my mob no [protected]...

I have purchases a Refurbished mobile ( Vivo Y 93) on 26th June, 2023, and accordingly paid the value Rs- 5864.00, but shop clue could not able to deliver the item showing reason that product not available with the Merchant, .Arranging alternative- could not able to deliver the item hence right now they are not in position to make delivery as per their schedule.
thereafter i have compelled to cancel my order, but after cancellation refund not getting in spite of giving warning more than 10 times.,

I have ordered Apple I phone refurbished 64 GB & paid via Gpay. But the order was not delivered on time so I cancelled it. In status it's showing refund on hold. Why my money is stuck with you when it was your fault that you didn't arrange my material on time. It's pathetic.

I have joined ShopClues mall where it gives some task in the form of order and i have to complete that by investing my own money while required. I started with 500 but in every task the amount requirement is bigger. I have invested more than 17, 000. The option i have choosen had 9 task ..i have completed 8 th task but it asking me money again and again to complete 9 th task and not returning the money i have invested. I am a student. I ordered a 1000mw laser but got a weaker one and was asked to post pictures of the item online, however it couldn't be done on their website so mailed them and posted the pictures required to their WhatsApp.Their executive said I would receive the replacement in a week but when I contacted them after 10 days they said the return window is closed and refused to replace the item even though I had complained immediately, they said it was not valid

Some people have contacted me on WhatsApp stating to give part time job on ShopClues.the job would be to boost some products on their website and in return I would be paid 65600 in a week.

They have sent an link to register myself to the website (www.in-shopclues.com. now they are not providing any kind of document, no interview nothing.

i completed my registration now they are asking to add bank account details to which I denied.

My concern is "" is this job offer genuine and from the company itself"

I Ordered An Mobile Phone In Shopclues And I Received An Empty Package With 2 Charger Adopters They Keep Rejecting My Return Request

The size of socks are small & I want to return but they are rejected as saying that they cannot refund as this is free size product. Hence this is cheating with customer.

Shopclues prize cord amount rs.14, 80, 000 scratch

I Have ordered camera bulb for my apartment, the ordered product description is not matching with the delivered product the website description is wrongly written and used product delivered to me, the bulb already used and not reset the bulb(the bulb is password protected by some customer) default company bulb is not password protected.after studying description i ordered particularly for the 'ICSEE MOBILE APP' but I received 'v380s' Mobile app, not matching with my requirements i have.
