I ordered a "Smart Corporate Bag" (Rs. 659) vide order no.-7338877, on 4th October 2013, believing and relying on promise to deliver the product within 5-6 days by shopclues. I received the product on 16th October 2013 after continuous reminders been given time and again.I was disheartened to see that after waiting for such a long time so eagerly, I receive a wrong Product "Evening In Paris' handbag. Immediately I buzzed the call center representative on 16th October 2013 only to lodge a complain for return and replacement of the wrong product.I was been told to send a snapshots of the wrong product delivered along with the complain for replacement and return online only.I did exactly as told to me but when I contacted the people at shopclues on 17th October 2013, I was replied that the picture of the product has not reached them yet, so again on 17th October 2013 I mailed the photo and took confirmation of its receipt and reverse pickup of the wrong product within 24-48 hours.I called them again and again for 3-4 times daily to get the product picked up from my place as nobody was responsible enough to call me and inform me the address to be written on the package and the name of the courier company which would pick it up. A reverse pickup was arranged on 26th October 2013 after so many reminders by me.The courier company delivered the product to "shopclues" on 1st November 2013 at 12:00 p.m. (my account on the shopclues.com shows the same), but the call center representatives refused to it, and said that the product did not reach their warehouse untill 7th October 2013. Everyday since 16th October I have been calling to get the updates of my transactions and complains, but I get to hear the same mug up statements that my problem shall be solved within 24-48 hours.The call center representatives put me on hold for more than 15 to 20 minutes. I have wasted a lot of money, more than Rs.800-900 on the phone calls, which is much more than the product. The call centre people keep promising to arrange the call backs from the higher authorities but never have I received any calls or emails from them, and every time I have to call them to remind about my problem.On 12th November 2013, I had a conversation with Mr. Pawan kumar (floor Manager, as told to me) who now explains that the product is out of stock and I can get the refund in lieu of the product. But now I demand A compensation of Rs. 3000 along with the refund for the inconvenience. I have made numerous calls and mails to them and they kept fooling me with their promises to deliver the product as soon as possible. I have clearly expressed my demands and requirements in the mails to shopclues but then also, yesterday, On 20th november 2013, I received a mail from Mr. Pawan Shakya, on behalf of shopclues offering "200 Clues Bucks" for the inconvenience caused to me, which I really don't think is justified. Kindly help me recover my money along with compensation and do highlight the issue at your channel so that nobody gets into the trap of such fraudulent companies. I had purchased Double Bedsheet With 2 Pillow Cover & 10 Face Towel & 6 Mat
- Bs13 (code#[protected] from Shopclues.com(order#[protected] on 19 Jun 2015.
It was shipped through Shree Maruti - PNP with (tracking
number#[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered to me on 23th jun
2015. But i haven’t received the product even after 20 days of shipment of
product. I have been continously calling shopclues as well as Shree Maruti
Courier for the delivery of product but i am not getting any positive
response from them. Shopclues.com syas your order will deleivered to you.
Even i had called shopclues to proof of delivery order and refund my money
if they are not able to deliver the product. But still i haven’t got any
response from them.My money invested for the product is stuck for more than
20 days with shopclues with no product delivered. Shopclues team don’t
even reply on mail if i ask anything on email.I would like to escalate the
matter to higher authority of Shopclues.com and Shree Maruti Courier both
for this. I am totally fed up with the service that shopclues and Shree
Maruti Courier have given to me. Hope i get justice through
consumerforum.

It was my first shopping experience with Shopclues and it was ridiculous. I place a order on 1 Aug but today i got a massage your product is shipped with blue dart after 5 minute i got a massage again your product is delivered to merchant and your amount is being refunded. when i talked to customer care, they are saying that courier person reached to you but you were not available there.when i forced them for reshipment then they are saying sir if it will be available then we will try to send and the exact reason is not updated here why it is not shipped.

so finally the conclusion is, I think this product was not available with you and you just took order but when u come to know that it is not available then you all are making this story.

Now i am finally decided to sue shopclues
and decided to do not buy any products in shopclues and i never encourage shopclues in my area.

I will forward this message to all my whats app and facebook group then everyone should come to know how shopclues screw customers.
