Unable to track the shipment[protected], Ticket number 2267176 People me To ShopClues.com Greetings Dear, Iam Puneet chityal who ordered a wall clock on 28th february'15 (Order No.[protected] and Iam really disappointed with the service of shopclues as I have never seen any online web site taking so much time to delivered customer's product.I called the customer care team of shopclues on 4th march'15 and was surprised to know that my shipment or order was not even traceable. I was being promised that someone would update me regarding my order within 48 hours however no one even bothered to send me an email or call me regarding my order.It was my first and Iam sure would be the last order with shopclues as its really shocking that teams working at shopclues are so incompetent that they are not able to track the customer's product and even after reporting the problem no one is even ready to take the accountability.Service which I experienced is pathetic and Iam sure that your product quality would also be pathetic like your service quality. Iam a regular online shopper as I have a busy schedule and don't get much time to go to market and explore things. Iam a regular customer of Jabong, Snapdeal, Flipkart and Amazon and honestly speaking their service is much better no matter if it is related to customer service or product quality.I would like someone to look into it. Kindly cancel my order and return the money which I have paid to shopclues of Rs 199 at the earliest to my credit card account from where it was being paid.Thanks, Puneet Chityal Was this information helpful? | |||
