ShopDealClue — fraud transaction without consent | |||||
I had visited the website through a prompting link on google. The website offered me an option to activate a deal to purchase bose earbuds by entering credit card details to verify the card by otp transaction for inr 1 rs. I had entered the details but i shockingly got a debit of 8509 on my card. Upon being confused that i authorised the deal value and not the entire product value, i got to know that the website is a fraud website. Kindly register my complaint and help me. I purchased Samsung level u Bluetooth earphones from these fraudsters. I thought it was original because the price was 2999 with 52% discount. Unfortunately I got a duplicate product but moreover i emailed them about my issue but there was no response. I need REFUND! can anything be done against them!!?

I think we should all file an FIR against them in the local police stations so that no other people be a victim of these frauds
