Shophare — shophare a fraud online company

I, dishank bhardwaj, ordered a phone redmi 8 through shophare.com an online retail site on 19/october/2019 for which payment was done through phone pe upi app. It was promised by the company that i will receive the product within 5 to 7 days. But it has been more than 7 days and now company website and its customer contact number is also not working. Shophare is a fraud online retail site which has duped many people.
If anyone can help me i will be highly obliged.
