My name is Deeksha Gautam. I bought few products from shoppersstop on the following timelines:

Payment Mode: SS Credits, Loyalty Points and UPI.
One of the product was good to go and I kept it. For rest of two items, I made a exchange and a return request, details are below:
1. Exchange/47244004 (S24KRSWFA1565006 High Rise Blended Fabric Skinny-Fit Women's Jeans)
2. Return/[protected]GLAM0228008 Synthetic Leather Women Casual Wear Heels)
So, make the request successful no one came to home, only once a call from a executive came and since that day was a rainy one, so he didn't came to my home. From then onwards, they people claim that the delivery people called me but when I am writing to them to provide me the correct phone number, no body is replying. It's been almost a month they people are torturing the same way, their customer care people receives the call and then cut in between without providing the solution, put the call on mute or hold. Their delivery people's phone numbers are always not reachable. Their email redressals are also very slow, its like taking more than a week for replies.
I have all the proves and the products also, and now I want the perfect resolution for all this [censored], I have investing lot of times in getting resolved the issue on time. But, I believe they people are more interested in mocking customers rather than giving solution. Please help me in getting the resolution.
