I ordered ivy pillow on shopper stop and they delivered the wrong product on jul 16th and return was picked up jul 17th. It has been more than two weeks and no response from customer care. No mail or message from customer care. The customer care is not responding. the product has reached warehouse on 25th and according to shoppers stop with 48 hours refund or exchange should be initiated. I raised 3 different escalation and no single mail or message regarding that. When i tried to connect to customercare on 29th july, they disconnected the call every time(4 times) and not giving the proper response. Not every call will drop. The customer care is disconnecting the call from their end. Every time they will raise an escalation and ask me to wait 24-48hrs. I want my money back. Order ID:[protected]

    I bought a purse and it was torned so I went and returned it, i asked them to refund my money but instead they gave me a credit note.

    My grandfather died and I was in my home town, in such cases when you have family crises on your head how on earth you can go to shopers stop to redeem the credit note.
    I stayed at my parents place for approx 6 months and now the credit note is expired.

    It was expired on 14th of July and today is 19th July, I went to shoppers stop again yesterday and they rudely said it is expired and nothing can be done.
    How come you people are so monsters!

    Please help me redeem my credit note.

      Money was deducted but order was not placed.

      Hi,

      On 16th June 2023, I tried to place an order for amount INR 2627.22 from Shoppers stop Android app. After making the payment, I noticed that the amount got debited from my bank account immediately (see proof attached) but I did not get an order confirmation. The item remained in my basket.

      The customer care service is really really poor, even when u r connected to an executive that person won't speak up.br...

      I had ordered sunglasses on 23rd May which were delivered on 27th May. The sunglasses had scratches on the lenses. Such poor QC from the dispatch team.

      Reported the issue on the same day with all appropriate proofs. Ordered a replacement as the customer care said they could get me a replacement in 5 days. After a week, it hadn’t yet been dispatched.

      I raised a refund request on 6th Jun and was expecting a complaint ref and update within 24 hours as committed by the CC exec.

      Called back on 7th June and realised the case was incorrectly logged and no refund request was initiated. Once again asked to wait for 48 hours.

      No update on refund yet, I called back on 13th Jun and asked for an escalation. After insisting, was put onto someone who claimed to be a supervisor, although did not give any reassurances, only scripted responses.

      14th June, raised a grievance. Got a lame response stating tried calling and couldn’t connect when I was actively getting other calls and I hadn’t missed any call. Stated a preferred time to call, still haven’t heard from them

        I had ordered 2 items through Shoppers Stop app. But one of them was defective product and the other one had quality issues. I returned both the products, they picked it up immediately but they haven't provided the refund yet. It's been around a week now.

              This is a fraud website. The send used clothes, after return, they pick up your products and never do a refund. If you check the status at site, they will mark it as pickup failed after few days. This has happened to me third time now. Exactly same pattern. I had a gift voucher to spend here, otherwise would have never bought anything from these frauds

                I have a balance amount of ₹2000 in my SS wallet .Now when I want to redeem the amount when the OTP is sent every time I enter the OTP it does not get submitted and I try it thrice my account gets locked for 24 hours. I have complained to customer care but of n use. I fear my ss wallet amount will soon disappear. Kindly help.

                  Dear Consumer Officer,

                  I am facing issue with ShopperStop l2.5months as they are not refunding back Inr900 to my account for the return of product in original condition intact with Tag within the return period as is and same validated by shopperstop pickup boy while receieving back the product Else he could have highlighted that time itself and rejected the same that time but that wasn't the case and hence he accepted the product as it was in original condition only.

                  The product has been changed at their delivery partner end and there is no resolution at Shopper stop end. I keep on calling the shopper stop multiple times and their customer care is ignoring the request by stating original product not received however they are not bothering in resolving the matter and not even charging this issue to their local delivery partner.

                  The fact is delivery partner pickup boy wouldn't have accepted during the return pickup if the old used product been replaced at my end for the original one as they validate and verify all the tags wrt order no. Etc and this is clear case of cheating the people like me. It's about integrity and fair practice to be adhere at Shopper stop end.

                  It seems Shopper stop management is indulge in such activities and encouraging their team to do so ...as million o[censored]sers like me can't het refund and if we take average 1000 of million customer everyone nit returned for same issue meaning Shopperstop reaping a benefit of 1cr every month which is ethically wrong and they should be penalized for same.

                  I need consumer forum help for so much humiliation agony and wasting of time speaking to Shopperstop team. TO RECAPITULATe I request my interim.money 998 rs +10000 for the humiliation and agony I went through for such irresponsible behavior of Shopper stop team.

                    Received the product on 28th March, placed return request on next day as the size was smaller than what I wanted.
                    Delivery guy picked up the product, called them after 10 days asking for what the status is, they are saying they received jeans whereas I ordered white shirt and given the same as return.

                    Now they are saying they can ship back the jeans but what I will do of this jeans, I ordered shirt should receive the same.

                        I bought the watch from online shop and within 2 hours o[censored]se, the watch had 1 screw coming out and roaming in the watch dial. I asked for replacement, they said it would be done within 15 days but as I gave them my watch, they never replied back and have been keeping my watch for 2 months. There is no response and no revert from the team. I asked them to refund my money or replace the product multiple times but they kept giving stale replies. Even their customer care says they will call and resolve the issue but I did not get a single call from them to resolve the issue.

                          Ordered watch online from shopperstop site and selected store pickup since I was in the mall and when raise the return request online initially the executives on call told me that delivery guy will pick up your watch within 3 days 5 days and now they are telling I need to visit shopper stop store for return as I selected store pickup. When went to store they are giving credit notes which I don't need. I want complete refund in original payment mode as I ordered online and assured by executives also initially.

                          Terrible experience with the shopper stop it's been 20 days I am banging my head with the team and they are now resisting to accept the credit notes as I did store pickup.

                          Watch is untouched and in sellable condition. Kindly pickup the product and refund the amount in original payment mode.

                            I made a purchase from Shoppers Stop on 5th March but later wanted to return the products as I was not happy with them. Upon going to the store to return the products, I was refused my own money into my source account and told that I would only get back the money in a credit note or a gift card. This is extremely atrocious as I do not wish to spend money on Shoppers Stop anymore and the credit note/gift card can only be used at Shoppers Stop. I really want my money back. Their team has stopped contacting me after I was persistent and so resolution has been achieved yet. Please help.

                              Order ID is[protected]..material received in defective condition and promptly returned back to shoppers stop and got acknowledgement that item is received on 23rd Feb'23..there is no sign of refund from shopper's stop even after submitting all the evidences on mail..I have been continuously calling customer care but seems that they are not interested in refunding..each and every day, I get the same reply that it has been rejected by their quality team due to scratches..I don't understand whether they go through customers complaints or no because this was the same reason for which I had returned the product..kindly help in getting the refund since I am in immensely distressed.

                                It resolved after almost two months and that too with help of few call recordings. otherwise they were not accepting that they had received both the jackets, and giving reasons like different jacket is received back or jacket is defective or please you send us the photo of jacket you returned we are not able to find your jacket here, etc etc. In short shoppers stop is Worst site to buy from...
