Shoppersstop.com — Girls Salwar Kameez

I have ordered 3 items from online site shopper stop on 08.07.2024. I received the items on 11.07.2024. But to my surprise, I got a different salwar kameez of a much lower price and size, which is of no use. I immediately placed a return request on the same day itself. But till now the item has not been picked up neither I have received any refund.
Please look into the matter and insist the company to immediately refund my money.
