Shoppersstop.com — Refund not initiated & failed the quality check inspite of sending the correct products

This is against my order Nos.[protected] &[protected], which was worth Rs.24147/-, i had ordered 2 watches & returned the same products the very next day but they have stated that we have received different products. Although, courier guy has checked it .inspite that they are not admiting their mistakes & dumping everything on customer.
Shoppers stop is a big time fraud company. Attaching the picture for one of the watches which i had returned.
