Complaint for non-compliance on online policies and for fraud and not returning my refund for rs 2199/- against order dated 04/08/2016 order# 40048682. Order received after 20 days instead of 4-5 days tat.

Order received was oem with false branding. I have a video of the same on youtube with below link

Order return completed and acknowledged of receipt i. E. Tracking number with partner ecom courier awb#[protected] has also crossed 1 month+. But still refund is not processed

Since the above delivery date i have so many whatsapp messages sent to their customer care which i can show, has no response
They have a ticket opened on their portal which has not updates
