Placed order in shoprishi.com. I ordered product redmi note 7 pro..in between i suspected that this online website is a fraudulent one. I even contacted the toll free number and request to cancel on same day 3.5.19. After 8.5.19 at 5. P. M all of them escape from office. No.[protected] i made several attempt to reach them they even took the call and said for sure they will initiative to is due my refund at last they dint and even now i'm calling there is no response from there end. I placed ordered on 3rd of may and the order id is 3628594. I haven't received product too. They were displaying the redmi note 7 pro mobile online. So i went ahead and paid through QR CODE link for upi transfer. After doing that i didn’t get any confirmation. So after trying for hours on thier customer service number i got several numbers online via youtube for shoprishi.com. I called on those numbers they said the booking is unconfirmed and they can return the money. So i said ok go ahead. Then they sent you obe upi link which according to them we need to forward to some mobile number(i think this provide them the access to register us on upi with our bank account) . I did that(i was so eager to get my money). Then i got the message “thank you for registering in upi “ from my bank. Then these people ask you mpin. I declined that. Then the whole trauma started they force you to give that... and then they used abusive language with us. I could heard other reps talking to other customers literally threatning them by saying “ we are just asking for mpin, we are not strangling your neck” . I literally got scared when i heard that. And I disconnected the call. Kindly help me toget my rs 13999

Guys use your brain... Redmi Note 7 pro is a hot selling and only available on flash sale at the price 13999...How can a website sale hot selling mobile on less than original price.

I didnt get any refund from this site ...i lost 13999 .till nw i didnt get any infirmation about it.is there any possiblity to get refund if we visit consumer court??
