Shoprishi.com — amount not refunded back

I purchased redmi note 7 pro mobile from www.shoprishi.com on 8th may 2019 and made payment of amount rs 13499 through Google Pay. But i have not received any status of the order yet and tried to call on[protected] but no one was responding and yes no option was there to chat. After so many people complained they blocked their site and wrote on their wall that money will be refunded till 11th June 2019, but still no notification and now even their site is unreachable.
