Placed order in shoprishi.com. I ordered product redmi note 7 pro..in between i suspected that this online website is a fraudulent one. I even contacted the toll free number and request to cancel on same day 10.5.19. At 10 a. M all of them escape from office. No.[protected] i made several attempt to reach them they even took the call and said for sure they will initiative to is due my refund at last they dint and even now i'm calling there...

I had placed orders for Redmi Note 7 Pro mobile on 7th May 2019 and a sum of Rs.13499/- intending to make delivery to one Mr.A.Elangovan of Nannilam, Tiruvarur District, Nannilam. I have ordered redmi note 7 pro on 8 may 2019 in shoprishi.com and made online payment of rs. 13, 499/- through google pay. They have not delivered the product yet or refunded the amount. Now they closed there website stating the following

Due to some issue with our seller, all orders are canceled & refunded to the same payment method you used to pay on 12th may. It's credit...

Same thing happened with me. I have paid 13499 for redmi note 7 pro through phonepe and the money was debited. However, no confirmation from the merchant via sms/email. While chatting with them, i was informed that the product will reach me by may 11th. But nobody is answering calls, no option to chat. Website itself has been closed. I believe many have been fooled by the shoprishi.com. Please help us on this....

I have book my order on 1 May in online sale of Rs. 13499 through advance payment.
I have received one message only for the confirmation of my order with order ID.
On confirming on customer care they inform me that product will be delivered on 7-8 may.
But product is not received on the committed date then i cancel my order on 9th May over phone but did not get any confirmation for that.

Ordered a Redmi note 7 pro mobile in shoprishi a online shopping site. I had paid an amount 13499 rupees for the mobile via phonepe. The amount is debited from my account but the order is not took place. Even I didn't get the confirmation message for the buying order. I have seen the order list of my account of shoprishi but it is showing "you have not made any previous orders". So solve this issue as immediately. And refund my money by shoprishi....
