I had placed orders for Redmi Note 7 Pro mobile on 7th May 2019 and a sum of Rs.13499/- intending to make delivery to one Mr.A.Elangovan of Nannilam, Tiruvarur District, Nannilam. The order number is 3632974. Till date, no package has been received. Now, it seems that the above ShopRishi.com is closed. There was a scroll message in the website that the amount would be refunded. But, till date no amount has been returned. Hence, the complaint may be taken on record and the amount of Rs.13499/- may be returned to me at the earliest.
