Hi team,

I have ordered redmi note 7 pro on 8 may 2019 in shoprishi.com and made online payment of rs. 13, 499/- through google pay. They have not delivered the product yet or refunded the amount. Now they closed there website stating the following

"dear users,

Due to some issue with our seller, all orders are canceled & refunded to the same payment method you used to pay on 12th may. It's credit within 4-7 working days but sometimes it takes up to 21 working days depending on your bank.

Please contact us on or after 11th june if your refunded amount is not reflecting in your bank account.

We are working with new sellers & our website reopen on 21st june with great deal & offers.

I have tried to contact their toll free number and they are not responding, also i have sent an email, but there is no response from them.

Kindly take care of this issue to refund my money.
