Shopyaro — not refunded my money | |||||
I purchased a mobile phone (Named as redmi note 5 pro) on 6th june 2018 through online shopping on the website shopyaro.com. My order id is #18550421. I paid the amount of rs 13999.00 by using a mobile application named as phonepe with transaction id : p[protected] ; paid to: [protected]@kotak. From 8th june 2018 the shopyaro.com neither receives the phone calls nor its email ids are working, they simply notified on the website that “due to some issue with seller, we are refunding all order & refund complete within 15 working days. If you do not receive your refund within 15 days then contact [protected]@shopyaro.com”. From 6th june to 18th june, fifteen days are passed away but they did not refund my money. If they refunded my money then it will be added to my account within ten days. I continuously try to contact with the seller (Shopyaro.com) but they blocked all the phone calls and its email ids are not working. Please help me to refund my money.
