I had purchased redme note 8 pro on 27/10/19 but didn't get the product yet. The payment was done via paytm upi whose transaction id is[protected]. It was told that the product will be delivered within 5-7 working days. When i didn't receive my order in the given span i called them. They told that due to some delay it will take 2 more days on 7/11/19. Now today (10/11/19) i found that the site is not working also the enquiry number is not available now. Kindly refund me the amount as the site seems to be fraud. Plz help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir, I ordered redmi note 8 pro online through phonepay on 30 oct 2019. but neither I get it nor any update still now. surprisingly, the site shopype.com is also not working. what can I do? is their any hope to get the product or get my return money back? pl, help. we are being frustrated.
