Hi, I have one chit in Sriram chit funds in Selaiyur branch and I took the chit on 2/16/2015. Till now 03/19/2015 I didn't get chit amount in my hand. The manager is asking join insurance plan introduced by Sriram to reduce the bid amount and to fasten up the processing. They are not doing fare job on the chits and keep on extending the dates for giving chit amount. The Manager would have provided soon if I enrolled in the insurance plan they introduced. My bad luck I dont have enough money to enroll myself in that plan and they are playing with me not providing the chit amount after one month also. They are not understanding others situation. Not issuing Chit Prized cheque from last three month Dear Sir, I wish to bring to your kind notice the following for your immediate intervention, so that justice can be rendered to me I am Rajesh Kalwala, In the month of October 2014, i subscribed a 5 lakhs chit at Shriram Chits and fortunately i was the prize winner in the first month of the chit(Dipping method) and they have informed me on the same day that i am the winner. due to my official works i was not available at my native place to process the documentation part and after arriving to native place after one month i have submitted my complete documents like agreement, guarantors details and their credentials and etc that was on 30.12.14 and initially at the time of joining with shriram and at the time of documents submission the agent assured me that i would get the amount within one month as i did some delay. and at most they said i would get by 30/1/15 but they have not provided it and based on their assurance i promised somebody for a deed to give the amount. but till date i did not received my cheque i have paid an interest amount of Rs.27000 for three months because of my failure to pay him on time. during first week of February the Shriram Chits official visited my office and said i need to visit once the branch so i did the same on the same day, then there were five in Number and rounded me to pursued to get a insurance policy but at the time of joining only i informed that i don't invest in any of the Insurance policies as i am already having but they insisted me to take a policy and it was like a hell in their convincing me to take the product and they said if i take the policy they would give the cheque in 4 days but i said i don't take. then they informed that they will provide the cheque in 7 days so i accepted but after 7 days also they got failed in giving the cheque mean while i did no of phone calls to agent and Branch manager about my situation and branch manager says the file is with zonal office and it completed 2 months at the zonal office only . on 18th of Feb15 they promised me that by this month end i can get my cheque so today 27.02.15 i called to branch manager he said he wont know when i get my cheque. i am paying my monthly payment on time but still these people are harassing me to take the Insurance policy otherwise i wont get by 10.march15 they said . kindly requesting you to intervene in this matter and sort out my problem. otherwise my life will get futile. only because of insurance policy they are not paying the amount. Sir, I am a subscriber for Shriram chits at their YEMMIGANUR -518 360 BRANCH for 3 lakhs chit. My no. is YLE - 4., name: J.S.SAILAJA. I have got the chit on 20th Dec 2014 and they told that the cheque would be given on or before 20th Jan 2015. I have asked to retain Rs.36000/- for the remaining 6 months subscription and asked them to issue cheque for the remaining amount. But, even after 15th Feb, 2015, I could not get the amount. When I contacted the local manager, he is playing much delay tactics. Now I request the authorities concerned to see that the amount released immediately along with the interest @18% for the delayed period.

I am S Bhagya chit holder of your above captioned branch and group, has raised bid amount on 11/10/2013 and submitted all relevant documents with an option to deposit Rs., 40000/-. After this I have contacted Mr.Radhakrishna, Branch Manager on several times and contacted Mr.Vijayasimha our local documents section, Bangalore over phone No.[protected], for disbursement of chit amount. My name is Suresh Kumar inakollu.my chit reference number : 69012/26 Wilson garden branch Bangalore I did the auction on June 11th 2014. It was around 4 months but I did not receive my money.I am keep on calling head of the branch name Prabhakar but he is not picking his phone.already he has given me false promises twice and he did not responded on same date.as they told me maximum of three months after auction date they will credit the money but till now no response. I had already purchased an apartment assuming they will give my money in 3 months.I am in big trouble sir as my agreement become invalid after 3 months please consider this as priority and solve my problem. Dear Team, I would like to bring to your notice that I Nagaraju and I am loyal customer of yours since 15 years.. more so ever my entire family is also been your customer and till date we have par taken in almost 15 chits that was done in Warangal and all the chits where amounting to 5 lacs.. Today I have big concern which I expect you to resolve. I was told to deposit liquid cash of amount 1.4 lacs for security of balance payment which I am due to you.. Accordinlgy I have done so and deposited the amount but without intimation or my knowledge Mr Naresh Manager of Kothagoudam Branch previously working in the Warangal branch(one more guy i have tell about him his name Mr.sunil i went warangal brach i given complaint about my money they misuse i told him his reply me back i dont know anything i will give his number you contact directly he dont how to speak with consumer) has deposited only 1 lac as security and the remaining 40 k he has deposited in a single premium insurance and hence has manipulated my funds This is done with out any intimation and hence this is complete lak of mal pratice and I will not accept this and do not expect an organisation as big as you to do this.. I am sure that this is getting addressed to the management and I would require an revert within 24 hrs.. Else I would have to approach the consumer court.. The Inspector at Anna Nagar called your Client and the Guaranter Mrs.Vijayalakshmi for the enquiry. At that day your client promised the Inspector of Police at Anna Nagar Station that he will Pay the dues Shortly. But again He has cheated the Court of Law and the Inspector of Police Anna Nagar Station. And again the Guaranter Mrs.Vijayalakshmi received another Notice from the Court of Law. Again second time the Guaranter Given another written complaint to The Maduria City Commissioner., And again the Madurai City Comissioner forwarded to the same Local Anna Nagar Police Station and strictly insisted the Anna Nagar Police to close this issue finally and asked for the feed back in just 10 days. Again the Inspector of Police from AnnaNagar Station., Madurai called again for Enquiry. This second time The Guaranter went With High court Advocate Mr.Asaithambi[protected] to the Annanagar Police Station. The Inspector of Police at Anna nager Asked your client., Are you Paying your House Rent, School fees for your childrenand for your Monthly Provissions regularly. Your Client answered Yes to all those. The Inspector of Police asked your client, then Why you have not paid the dues to shriram chit funds. Inspite of the Lady done good to you, you are wantedky cheating her, you have not cleared the dues so far. This time you have to pay the pending dues in 10days period and you should ask The Manager of Shriram Chit funds to speak to the police station that you have paid the pending dues. As the Same your Client Paid the dues at Madurai Shriram Chit Funds office at Annanagar Branch.( Suguna Stor Buildinig). As the Inspector of Police stated, Your Manager Mr.Deepak[protected] along with your client spoked to Anna nagar police station and said them that your client have settled the pending dues. The same report has been sent to the Madurai City Commissioner. And the Next day the Guaranter Mrs.Vijayalakshmi also went to your Annanagar Branch (Suguna Store Building) along with Shririam Staff Mr.Thirupathi[protected] and met your Manager Mr, Deepak and asked for N.O.C. But your Manager Mr. Deepak Promised the Guaranter that your client has paid all the dues and there will no more be any problem for you. The Guaranter accepted his words.; But now again the guaranter is been called for the same issue.Why your peop;e are not taking necessary steps towards your client. He is Alive, Running his Own Business, Having Asset on his Name at Perambalur., Trichy District. The Guranter is a widow and she has no one to help in this regard. Show "Mercy" in this regard where you can catch hold of your client where there is source of getting back your Money instead of disturbing the Guaranter who is a Widow and Helpless. I (Saraswathi.S ) from Bengaluru wilson garden branch, representing the chit group bearing reference no :1060/69013/32, Got the auction in the month of April 2014. but till today 19th of August 2014 not disbursed the prized amount. I had communicated and fulfilled all their requirements to claim the prized amount by 21st of April 2014. However they are least bothered to fulfill their responsibility and accountability to the public. More over I consulted and communicated all my pain to different staffs of various ranks of the company just not getting any reply and if at all getting any reply is a standard wordings like sorry for the inconvenience and we will get back to you". And furthering to this some people like big managers and directors like Mr.PrabaKara and Mr.Desouza and all not answering to the customer phone calls. Rather I would say they do all this intentionally and by violating and misusing the public money. Certainly this is an offence because this will cause so much pain to the public and they are claiming big about their company about social welfare and all financial solutions to attract the fresh or innocent customers to put in their money and become a fool for their gimmick. How any regulating body and in turn public is allowing this cheating in day light in the name of service or business. My humble request to the responsible citizens of this country not become a scapegoat for this nonsense companies just by looking at their legacy and all pl look in to the array of complaints against them. From 46th day till date they given 10times commitments during all my visit which is all failed Branch head manager/DGM Mr.Prabhakar is does not lift his phone and Answer and gives reply, whenever i visit branch somebody will be there from branch they will call to prabhakar he will take their call & inform them to tell one date so base on that person will give commitments, if i go next time on committed day, before discussed person will be not there or if there also that person will not come for talk other new person takes entry with giving same story & same way i met 07People till date no body stick on their commitments. My father started a chit for Rs.150000 in shriram chits Alwarthirunagar branch 3 months back they took bid on his chit even without asking and intimating my father . When my father went and asked they said that his agent has said that my father asked to take a bid (eventhough my father went directly to shriram and put the chit without any agent they added one agent name on thier own). My father said he didnt asked to take any bid so return back my money when it matures. They also agreed to return the money when it matures but now they are saying do u have any written document from us proving that. what should i do now. I have the copy of written complaint given to them Shanthi [protected]

I have been requesting a letter indicating the details of my chit funds for the past 2 weeks. The receptionist is adamant to not to allow me through on telephone stating that they cannot issue this and only the manager can do it. However requesting to talk to the manager is like asking to speak to the US president!!! Though several promises of call backs have been made - the manager is yet to call back and I still have no solution. It is as if I am begging in front of them. The branch in question is Goregaon west and the manager is Nazim. I am done with Shriram and now just want my money back. I had quit keeping my money with Shriram due to their high handed behaviour. But returned only because of an ex employee who was at that time employed with them Pls find me a solution. Gangadhar Iyer

I have two chits each of 3Lakhs in ShrimRam Shivam Branch Hyderabad. I have bidden one Chit in April(2014) for amount 2.3Lakh and as part of security i kept other chit and 2 personal securities. After 2 months on daily follow up they said they are not enough and requested additional security and insists on Govt Personal security or assignment of surrender value of my LIC, we for me all reasonless and when ever i request for consideration they suggest for taking further investment in SHRIRAM like investing in policies or deposits. This all looks as their strategy for selling their products instead of releasing the bidden amount. I seriously tried to reach higher management for review and always failed to get the contact. SHRIRAM is only want to get investment from customer not for helping customer for their benefit. I encourage SHRIRAM chits Regional/Divisional to look into these and help their customers for their future benefits. Regards Nagendra [protected]

sir, i m a chit subscriber no.YNTX02/42. start dt. dec 2004...end date jan 2009..i got the chit in auction bid of mar 2006.ie.16 months later..but in the later on months the BIRD FLUE scare hit all along our country...and finally after suffering heavy losses to the tune of 70-80 lakhs in my Poultry farming business, my financial condition deteriorated completely...Anyhow i managed to pay further 8 monthly subscriptions but couldn't manage later...i requested some more time to pay the o/s amount due towards my chit...But instead your office bearers filed several cases against me by bouncing my security cheques & harassing me at various courts at Amravati, Nagpur & Wardha since last 5 years or so without any solution to the cause of your Company nor for my cause...Several times i approached them for a justified compromise settlement with an humanitarian approach...but no one took interest in resolving the matter out of court...I don't understand why they are so much interested in trying to send me in jail...rather than getting the COMPANY'S recoverable amount as soon as possible...when i am really seeking a justified settlement from them & am ready with cash to pay the COMPANY back the mutually acceptable amount ...they should act in an humanitarian way & responsibly is what i think...Further it is upto you to look into this matter in a judicious manner...hopefully...pl do the needful in this regard, ...Saju Verghese, ..cell no..[protected]...email add...[protected]@rediffmail.com

The bid was done on april14-2014. I have submitted my fd as sureity on 17th april 2014. Till today i have not recd my payments. And the branch manager does not lift his phone and answer and gives reply, in context to this i have decided to either create ruckus and call media near the branch, if i do not hear any thing from you.
