Yesterday (on 24.02.2016) someone called me from this company saying that my retailer id has been upgraded to distributor id, there were Rs 1991/- at my old retailer id and they would sent me an id & password for new distributor id (though I do not receive any Id/password). He also said that I will be charged Rs. 800/- for this upgradation and I will get rest (Rs. 1191/-) in my new distributor id.
Then I asked why I should pay Rs. 800/-, because I have already a distributor Id and I don't need another. I didnot agree with his proposal. If there are any fault /mistake in system, that should be rectified by them as a system administrator, not to punished other for their own fault.

Till now I do not get any solution from company.

Just to Let You Know & be aware, that Upgradation is not a automatic process,
as replied earlier also, your account was not blocked, it was your upgrade from retailer to distributor id...
Though we were not on Wrong Side, Still we have Refunded all your amount for Distributor Upgrade Activation
still if you have any queries we will be happy to assist you the best way we can..
